This impressive 550-meter-tall circular structure is designed as a versatile mixed-use facility, featuring residential spaces alongside public and commercial blocks. What sets this project apart is its unique feature of encircling the world’s largest free-standing skyscraper, the Burj Khalifa, and extending its reach to envelop all of Downtown Dubai within a three-kilometer radius.
The architecture firm recently unveiled images and renderings of their cutting-edge design through their social media channels.
